We’ve finally done it. Jon and myself (Casey) have started a Book Club. A Book Club of two. That’s right the two of us will be exploring literature on a together basis for a long while to come. Jon and I have been talking about this for well over a year now. At one point Jon even made t-shirts for a Book Club that didn’t see a single meeting. We both have young families that we adore, but have always struggled to find that time to ourselves to get this Book Club off the ground. Well that time is now. Our children our older are wives just that more understanding. Jon and I are through the roof by making this official. We both share a friendship and a passion for the written word. We have our own tumblr’s his printed & bound which I think is wonderful and my Walk While Reading which is ok. We thought it would be best to keep our Book Club exploits in one place so we have started The Bloomsbury Two. More on the name later. So begins the quest. The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay by Michael Chabon will be our first book to kick off our odyssey. We’re looking forward to it. This is going to be fun. Not like roller coaster fun, but fun none the less. Wish us luck.
